Based on the horror drama of the same name. Hikari Takabayashi is a sincere and simple woman who works in a call center for an electronics company. Even when she receives complaints that are no fault of the company she apologizes to the customer. Hikari also has a secret. She is having an affair with her boss Nakamura. One day, Hikari comes home after a tiring day. She has dealt all day long with a middle-aged woman. She discovers that the name of her neighbor is the same as the middle-aged woman who called.
